Timing
The conference starts at 8 pm on 25th evening and ends at 6.30 pm on the 27th of October.
Accomodation

Food and accommodation will be provided. Boys shall be accommodated in the Church hall and the girls in the Church Dormitories.

Couples with children, who are attending the conference will be given separate accommodation in the nearby church. Basic facilities provided.

Also, nursery facilities will be provided for the children, so that the couples can attend the event at ease.
Transportation
There shall be transport services arranged from all parishes to Saint Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Ras Al Khaimah on Thursday evening, and back to respective parishes on Saturday evening.
